Empowerment through Skills Program (ESP) in Tanzania is a 7-year program (2021-2028) funded by Global Affairs Canada that is implemented by CICan in close collaboration with the Tanzanian Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.
ESP requires the services of an Environment, Climate and Sustainability consultants to conduct a review of environment, climate and sustainability practices in its 12 partner Folk Development Colleges (FDCs) in Tanzania.
The deadline to submit proposals is by 18:00 pm EDT on November 8, 2023, 2023.
