Introducing CICan’s Roadmap to 2026, a strategic plan refresh initiated in fall 2023 with extensive involvement from members, staff, and the Board. This roadmap, along with a new organizational structure, sets the stage for a strategic planning exercise launching in Fall 2024.
This roadmap will guide us for the next 18 months as we develop our new strategic directions for launch in spring 2026. It will ensure CICan is well equipped to navigate a dynamic and changing external environment.
