Purpose
To avoid using stock images in our promotional materials, such as brochures, social media graphics, and presentations, we prefer to use photographs from our members across Canada. We appreciate your help in enriching our photo library with content. Your media contributes to the success of your association.
How it works
From time to time, CICan will send out a call for photos to its members. In these calls, we typically specify photographic themes that may be lacking in our library or that align with our current advocacy efforts, such as students in manufacturing, green campus infrastructure, or teachers in action. Feel free to use this submission form throughout the year to showcase your institution’s achievements or stories and we will do our best to feature them in our communications.
Technical considerations
- Please upload high resolution images only.
- Submit PNG files when possible.
- Not pixelated.
- Subjects are in focus.
- While not mandatory, adding descriptions to your image submissions helps us determine important information like context, dates, and locations.
- If you want to upload more than 20 images, please do so in batches.
- In the interest of fairness, please do not submit images that are heavily branded and/or that contain logos, watermarks, or text.
